Apply face foundation as recommended in foundation cards. |
Using wedged sponge or cotton swab, dip into lightest of your two shades of foundation. |
Use mirror religiously for placement of lighter color in bag. |
| 1. |
Add lighter foundation color in shadow/bag. You will notice a slight shadow on sides of puffiness, add lighter color there also, that is creating a shadow. |
Blend softly. |
Do not add light color on top of puffiness. You want to shade the puffiness to recess and highlight the bag/shadow to bring up. |
For shading puffiness, use next kit up (i.e., "Light" would use "Medium"; "Medium" would use "Tan"; "Tan" would use "Dark") |
Using darker foundation color, carefully dab top of puffiness only (using tip of wedged sponge or cotton swab). Be light handed! |
Blend lightly with sponge. |
You can also lightly blend entire under eye with the lighter shade of foundation you use on your face. |
Lightly powder to set foundation. |
